"Why Supplement Junkies Never Reap Long Term Results"

Any forms of "man-made" chemicals are not necessary for weight loss.

Weight loss should be one hundred percent natural. getting fit can also be done naturally without any use of supplements.

Fat loss pills, low fat meals and any weight reduction chemicals will do more harm than good.

Think of weight loss as a result of dieting and and changing your current lifestyle in a certain way and that your body changes itself according to what you do and do not do.

Vitamins can be obtained through natural foods. Scurvy was a result of a deficiency (fancy word for "not enough") in vitamin C.

Did the people with a lack of vitamin C need vitamin C pills?

That was not the case at all.

They found that the cure meant that all they had to do is just eat more citrus fruits like oranges, lemons and limes.

Today we never hear of a "scurvy outbreak" anymore because of this. Natural foods like fruits and vegetables carry the vitamins we need. If we eat them then we get the nutrients from them - it is just that simple.

Fitness on the other hand may depend. If someone is doing it just to get fit, then they don't need supplements. If it's for competition then they will probably go beyond supplements and into steroids.

The main purpose of supplements is to make money. The second purpose of manufacturing supplements is so that the person does not have to eat the amount of foods it would take to get the desired dosage of whatever it is the supplement are made for.

Two negative effects from supplements are:

1. If the supplement is for something that the body produces naturally, a long use of the product will disable the body from producing the same particles.

Example: Use of steroids in a male will trigger the body to stop producing testosterone. The physical result will be the testicles shriveling up since they would not be needed.

2. With death being the most drastic side effect, there may be other bad and life threatening side effects from the different chemicals used in various supplements.

Example: Fat loss pills could cause insomnia, irritability, and stomach irritation/pain.

Being healthy can be like a second job at first - but is well worth the effort!

Soon enough, your new healthy habits will be executed automatically with in due time.

Once you get the hang of things, it's not bad at all!
