BRAINS & BRAWN #13
"Do Intense Exercises Work Better Than Light Exercise?"
A truth is that the more time and effort you put into anything, the better you get at it and the better results you reap.
"You reap what you sow."
The more sunflower seeds you plant and take care of, the more sunflowers you get.
The new sunflowers, by Nature, will have many more seeds than you planted at the start. That is the only way it works.
So how is that related to exercise?
The more we sow (physical activity) the more we reap (the better results we get)
There are three ways to exercise:
1. You can exercises lightly
2. You can exercise moderately
3. You can exercise intensely
The lighter the exercise - the longer it takes to get desired results. The more intense the exercise - the faster you get results. Walking is a light exercise. Brisk walking is still somewhat a moderate exercise.
Jogging is a moderately intense exercise and running and sprinting is a highly intense exercise. Running or sprinting will help someone lose weight faster than just normal walking because it uses up more energy. Lifting weight can be practiced with light weight or more intense heavy weight.
Time and effort are the two greatest resources that we all can use for trade and they are both freely available to us. We can trade them for more ideas, knowledge and experience.
Time and effort are far more valuable than money.
It may be wise to start doing light to moderate exercising if you are a beginner. Just so you can get a hang of things and keep yourself safe - there is nothing wrong with that.
If you change your diet for losing weight - adding in moderate physical activity can help accelerate your results.
See you again in one week!
