1. Oranges - these are a holy grail of fiber and vitamin C. Eating an orange even just once a day will do the job. Other citrus fruits are just as good - fruits like grapefruit, lemons, and limes.
2. Apples - red delicious, granny smith, gala, and virtually every other apple are all high in fiber and have many nutrients in them. Eat both the skin and the flesh of this fruit for best results.
3. Berries - again here we have fruits that are loaded with goodness. Although not limited to just nutrients and fiber but also have antioxidants in them as well. Berries include but are not limited to; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, Saskatoon berries, black berries.
4. Dark green leafy vegetables - if you are already eating healthy then you will notice how green leafy veggies carry adequate fiber - by eating them every day.
