But before I reveal the Number One Mistake, let's understand the conditioning first....
We have been conditioned to think that everything we desire should just automatically present itself with a push of a button or by touch on a smartphone.
I'm sorry to burst any bubbles out there, but...
It just won't happen like that when shaping your body.
The number one mistake that most people make is: trying to lose the weight as fast as possible.
With the understanding that getting bigger promotes more serious health issues (mentally and physically), some tend to try and find the quickest fix possible.
A totally normal way of thinking for us humans.
They search Google and Bing for the latest weight loss trend. They trip over their feet by falling for diet pill scams and get-fit-quick programs.
Their self confidence levels down as more failures creep up on them.
We cannot change a result that is based on repeated behavior over many years.
It takes a while for someone to become big. And, by natural biological law, we must allow the body to adjust itself - over time - by implementing new habits.
Tip: Set a realistic goal and don't focus on the time it will take you. Focus on what you can do in the "now" to shred the fat off your body. Eventually, one day you will look in the mirror and say to your self, "wow. I did it!".
Below is a weight loss article I published. In this article, I included the story of how I noticed my belly was getting fat and what I did immediately to lose what I gained. Click the link below to read to the full version:
